vb8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. In this document, "member", "you" or "user" refers to any person who accesses services through the vb8 website or mobile application.

These terms take effect from the moment you open an account on vb8. If any changes are made to the terms in the future, members will be notified via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the updated terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.

To register on vb8 and use any of its services, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If information provided during account creation is found to be false or incomplete, vb8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed, and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• Full name, mobile number and date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• An account must always be held by an individual — accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate entity or organisation.

2.2 Identity Verification

vb8 may at any time request documents to verify a member's identity, age or payment method. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed to a satisfactory standard. If a verification request is not responded to within the specified time, the account may be suspended.

To log in to a vb8 account, the member's registered mobile number or username and password are required. For any login issues, assistance is available through 24/7 live chat.

3.1 Reasons for Account Suspension and Closure

vb8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Misusing bonuses or promotional offers, or attempting to gain unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets through a third party.
• Fraud, cheating or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
• Account inactivity or no activity over an extended period.

3.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their own account may inform the support team via live chat or email. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

vb8 uses convenient mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are only accepted from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and may be returned.
• The correct reference number or transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit.
• In the case of a suspicious transaction, vb8 may place the funds on hold during the period of investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account that was used to make the deposit.
• Bonus funds linked to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

vb8 offers various types of bonuses for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, and bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting those terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wager of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.

• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 is required.
• Once the bonus is claimed, both the deposit and the bonus funds are used together until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Other promotional offers — including the weekly reload reward, cricket deposit festival and Friday special — each have their own terms. For each offer:

• The same offer cannot be claimed on more than one account.
• No other bonus may be added while a bonus is active, unless stated otherwise.
• If a maximum win limit applies to bonus funds, it will be clearly stated in the relevant offer description.
• vb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If tactics are used to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses — such as completing wagering requirements through low-risk bets or using multiple accounts — vb8 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

vb8 offers a range of gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots and fishing games. Each section has its own specific rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted before a given event starts or while the live betting window is open.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the applicable rules set out in the betting policy will be followed.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• vb8 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that contain an obvious error.

6.2 Casino Games

• For determining game results, only the information shown in the game interface is final. In the event of a discrepancy with server logs, the server logs will prevail.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection, the system will automatically determine the result of that round.
• If a technical fault is detected in the game software, the relevant round may be declared void.

6.3 VIP and Cashback Programme

vb8's VIP programme has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are higher at higher levels. Cashback is paid at a set rate on the net losses for the week. The decision to change a member's VIP level rests solely with vb8.

• Loss in a game due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Any issue caused by a fault in third-party software or a game provider.
• Loss resulting from a member's own negligence or account credentials falling into another person's hands.
• Force majeure — service disruption due to natural disaster, cyberattack or government directive.

Even in the most serious circumstances, vb8's liability will be limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.
